Return Policy
Vaporizer.ws is happy to be of service to you. Your health is our business and we want you to be satisfied with our healthy line of products. We will assist you in every warranty issue with the manufacturers of our Vaporizers.
In the unlikely event that you find product defects, never hesitate to contact us. Here are some points to observe:
Returned items should be in their original unopened packaging. Vaporizers should be returned within two weeks or 14 days upon receipt of the goods. A minimal 15% restocking fee will be charged if the unit has been opened but remains un-used. The rest of the amount will be fully refunded.
If the unit has been used in anyway, we can facilitate a warranty repair but due to Health and Safety laws in the state of California we are unable to accept any returns.
All sales are considered final beyond the 14 day window. If you received your vaporizer damaged we will replace the unit for you without questions.
All warranty returns or exchanges must have a RMA number associated with it or it will not be accepted. To obtain an RMA, please contact us toll free: 1-888-827-3101
We reserve the right to accept or deny any exchange based on product misuse, neglect, or other "Acts of God" beyond our control. Our return policies may change at any time without notice but will be posted on our website.

Replacement items cannot be exchanged or returned.
